In the future, Beverly's ship, the USS Pasteur is attacked by the Klingons but help arrives from the Enterprise commanded by Admiral Riker. In the past and 'present,' people's old scars and wounds begin healing themselves and Geordi's eyes begin regenerating. Q shows Picard the beginnings of life on earth. The anomaly is so large by this time that its time disruptions prevent life from forming on Earth. Picard realises that he must have created the anomaly somehow and that stopped life on earth from forming.
